Abby

I know I posted this one on facebook already but I thought it was just too cute.

Me: Abby, do you see how high the water in the ditch is?
Abby: Yes
Me: Don't play near it because it's really dangerous okay.
Abby: Okay.
(a few minutes late)
Abby: Mom, you don't play near it either because it will take you away and we don't have any extra mommies.
Me: okay Abby. :)

This morning Abby had made a mess in the kitchen with water and wet wipes.
Me: (a little annoyed when I saw it) Abby, clean this up right now.
Abby: You can't say that word. It's a naughty word.
Me: (confused) What word?
Abby: Clean up.

Tyrel had to deliver some hay for some elk so Abby and Jaiden got to get close up to them. Abby was a little scared but Jaiden sure wasn't!

Abby wanted to feed Jaiden but as you can see, Jaiden isn't really very thrilled about that idea. lol

Easter Weekend/Anniversary

I am posting a little out of order. Sorry. This is Easter weekend that we spent at Fairmont Hot Springs. Beautiful, fun place but it was sooooo cold!! Our anniversary was also on Easter but Tyrel and I celebrated it Saturday night by hitting the town of Anaconda and eating at a little diner, then back to Fairmont to do some swimming without the kids. I need to thank Ryan for getting us this awesome condo. Abby loved it and STILL talks about it.

My pictures are a little out of order too. Oh well.

Finally swimming but not for long because it was FREEZING outside. Fairmont has an indoor and outdoor pool with a huge waterslide outdoors. It was so cold outside and began snowing on us a couple times but it is a hot springs so it was still fun.

I took very few swimming pictures only because I couldn't handle standing outside very long without getting in the water to warm up and the indoor pool was so warm that it kept fogging up my camera.


I love that place and I think it has become a favorite vacation spot for our little family.

Sophie

I haven't posted in awhile, I don't know why because plenty has happened. I guess I am just lazy. :)
This is Sophie, Tyrel's new pet. I emphasize TYREL'S PET because really, can any of you see ME owning a horse. lol Anyway, she is growing on me. We just got her on Sunday and she is still afraid of people but seems to like me more than anyone else. :)




She is a mini horse and only about a year old. We don't expect her to get much bigger than this.
